Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially liked the free coffee and cookies in the kitchen, as well as the complimentary water. The location was perfect - close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Plus, the Bluetooth speakers and TV casting were awesome!

The breakfast was a bit lacking. , the windows were a bit scary as they opened horizontally and the stairs were steep.
